27. Disorganised speech
The AS may sometimes present with mild symptoms of psychosis, including disorganised speech. These manifestations are generally short-lived and result from underlying disorders. For example, lack of sleep can, after about five days, cause incoherence and mild psychotic phenomena. Depression and other moderate psychotic symptoms may also appear, such as episodes of anxiety. It is important to stress that true psychosis is markedly more severe and persistent. In this particular case, the mild symptoms observed are attributable to the distribution of dopamine and its effects, as recognised by the scientific community.

What if autistic people's problems with interaction and focus were linked to particular modes of perception? If their atypical behaviours stem from their way of seeing.
DTTS are considered early and pivotal neuropsychological disorders, from which many developmental difficulties cascade, namely the behavioural, motor and cognitive manifestations of autistic people or those on the quantum spectrum*.
This genetic spectrum manifests through the expression of multiple variations. In order to establish a categorisation, the scientific world has assigned several labels; although they do not encompass reality, these ideas can at least help formulate a working hypothesis.
