The size of the spider
The exaggerated size of a spider is one piece of evidence of excessive recording by dopamine in the brain. The spider can thus become gigantic! A disproportionate reality. Likewise, memories of moments we have lived through can be distorted as they are recorded. This amplified recording in memory is called dopaminergic salience. Dopamine plays an important role in various manifestations of the AS spectrum and psychopathies.
Hidden characteristics of AS
Around the world, many people on the AS spectrum remain discreet, not because they are forced to, but because they have no particular wish to put themselves forward. Yet they are appreciated for their exceptional creativity, their philosophy, their knowledge, their independence and their extraordinary achievements, and not for their AS-related characteristics.
Personally, I am often moved when I identify an AS characteristic: it is like being reunited with a member of my family or a dear friend with whom I share strong bonds. You want to take them in your arms and experience that moment fully. Above all, it is an emotion of affection, a powerful feeling of no longer being alone.
“Do you know that moment of loneliness when life seems complicated, when you struggle alone with all your willpower, with no one to support you?” leaves traces, an indelible mark that shows.”
The AS spectrum family or QS Quantum spectrum
We, members of the AS spectrum family or QS Quantum spectrum (which is even broader), are rather complex: a family that finds it difficult to live together, with a few exceptions. We are sensitive, equipped with a radar that allows us to detect one another unconsciously. For some of us, the AS signature is as clear as crystal. I send a greeting to a few hidden AS people, including Aurora Aksnes, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Kit Harington and so many others!
To this whole community of souls, with every possible variation of the spectrum, who, despite their differences, form a unity: we are AS! I carry you in my heart! JP
