41. Mood disorders 02, states of disturbance, excitement, depression
Mood disorders manifest in many ways. The term is indeed generic, because disturbances, disorders, excitement and depression each have their specific triggers. Depending on encounters, obligations, light intensity, sounds, noise and many other factors, reactions vary considerably. Twenty years of observations have never prepared me for these surprises, sometimes negative but sometimes also positive.
‘It is the famous box of chocolates: you never know what reaction will come next, sometimes intense and sometimes mild.’
The AS person is sometimes very present and lucid, at other times in a fog; this does not look like behaviour different from the norm.
