57. Deficits in social skills
An inability to respond appropriately, interpret situations correctly and show visible empathy. A lack of listening and foresight is also observed. This concerns the ability to decipher other people's intentions and anticipate what will be said before a person even speaks. Difficulties in interpreting gestures and communicating appropriately are also noted.

A book by Marie K. Harder on AS.
Origins of these disorders:
● A deficit in transmitting and receiving information in the relevant brain areas.
● A failure to establish supporting algorithms and patterns in the brain's cognitive areas.
● An alteration in how information is memorised and activated in the social process.
These disorders may originate in various factors:
● Disorders caused by toxins that the brain has not cleared.
● Disturbances linked to micro-inflammation in the brain.
● A biochemical obstruction that hinders the activity and maturation of cognitive areas.
● A lack of adequate nourishment for specific areas.
● A dysfunction of neurotransmitter receptors.
The proposed solutions are:
● Overall optimisation of the digestive system—particularly the intestines—accompanied by dietary supplements intended to combat micro-inflammation. A dietary system called micronutrition.
● Breathing exercises (pranayama) intended to stimulate the clearance of toxins from the brain to the lymphatic system and improve the absorption of carbohydrates and proteins.
● Meditation and mindfulness exercises to gain a better grasp of one's surroundings.
● Practical exercises to acquire the basics of social gestures in a reassuring and effective way.
